Standards-based mail with team workflows built in — shared mailboxes, server-side rules, and aliases that don't feel like add-ons.

Webmail: Keyboard-first inbox with threading, search, and labels. The webmail you wish Gmail still was.
Shared mailboxes: Team inboxes with assignment, status, internal notes, and per-folder access controls.
Server-side rules: Sieve filters you build in the dashboard, applied at delivery — so they fire in every mail client.
Aliases & forwarding: Unlimited aliases, catch-all on your domain, audit-logged external forwards with confirmation.

Calendar & Contacts

Plans and people, in your suite.

Calendars and address books over open CalDAV and CardDAV — no proprietary plugin needed, no double entry.

Shared calendars: Recurring events, invitations, and free/busy lookup across your team.
Address books: Personal and team-shared contacts with vCard sync to Apple Calendar, Thunderbird, DAVx⁵.
One identity: Contacts auto-populate from mail and calendar invites. Same login as the rest of the suite.

Files & Wikis

Documents, knowledge, decisions — kept.

Private and team-shared files alongside structured spaces for the runbooks, decisions, and institutional knowledge your team writes for itself.

File storage: Per-file access controls, resumable multi-GB uploads, 30-day Trash recovery.
Wikis: Searchable, versioned spaces for the team's living knowledge — not a separate app to maintain.
EU-managed keys: Encryption at rest with keys held in the EU. Not a US KMS, not a hyperscaler.
Open formats: Export to standard formats whenever you want to leave. No lock-in, ever.

Messaging

Quick conversations, same login.

Channels, DMs, and threads for the team — searchable in the same place as your mail and docs, not a separate tab to keep up with.

Platform

A suite to use, and a platform to build on.

A public REST API, signed webhooks, and a forensic-grade audit log. Soon: Sign in with Verkio — an EU-resident identity provider for your apps and your customers.

Public API: REST with an OpenAPI 3.1 spec, bearer tokens, per-key rate limits.
Signed webhooks: HMAC-verified delivery with retries and a dead-letter queue. Audit-logged.
Audit log: Every admin action recorded, with before/after values. Exportable to your SIEM.
Sign in with Verkio: The EU-resident alternative to Sign in with Google or Apple. Coming soon.
