Verkio is a European company. We act as data controller for the personal data described below.

You can reach us at hello@verkio.eu.

Waitlist: your email address, and optionally a company name. That's it.

Functional cookies: a small NEXT_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language choice. It is not used for tracking.

Server logs: brief request records (IP, user agent, URL) to operate the site safely. Retained for a short operational period; not used to profile you.

No analytics, no marketing trackers, no third-party advertising pixels.

Legal basis under the GDPR: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for the waitlist; necessity for the functional cookie; legitimate interest in network security for server logs.

Inside the European Union, on EU-owned infrastructure. No transfers outside the EU.

Waitlist details until the product launches and you choose to become a customer, or earlier if you ask us to delete them. Server logs only for a short operational period.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use third-party trackers. Only Verkio staff with a clear need can see it.

Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and port your data. You can also withdraw consent (where consent is the basis) and complain to your local data protection authority.

When this notice changes we'll update the date above. The product launch will issue a fuller notice that supersedes this one.
