Sign in with Verkio · Coming soon
An identity provider that respects the people using it.
Sign in with Verkio is a standard OIDC button any third-party site can integrate — your Verkio account becomes your identity for the open web. EU-resident, privacy-respecting, no cross-site profiling. Planned, developer demand-led: free for end users, free for developers in v1. Tell us you want it and we'll build it sooner.
An EU-resident identity
Your account, your identity, in the EU.
Today 'sign in with…' means Google, Apple, or Microsoft — all US-headquartered, all reading every site you sign into. Sign in with Verkio gives the open web an EU-resident alternative. Sign-ins stay inside Verkio's EU infrastructure. No cross-site profiling. No US CLOUD Act surface.
- EU-resident sign-in flow on Verkio infrastructure.
- No cross-site tracking — sites don't get a profile they can correlate.
- Outside US CLOUD Act jurisdiction.
- One identity for the apps you use; revocable per-site whenever you want.
Standard OIDC
Just OIDC. Works with what you already have.
Sign in with Verkio will speak standard OpenID Connect — the same protocol your existing identity broker (Auth0, Clerk, Keycloak, NextAuth) already supports. Adding it should be a configuration change, not a code rewrite.
- Standard OpenID Connect (OIDC) — discovery, JWKS, the usual.
- Works with any OIDC-aware library — no Verkio SDK required.
- Adds to your existing IdP setup alongside Sign in with Google or Apple.
- Free for end users; free for developers in v1.
You own the consent
Per-site, revocable, transparent.
When a site asks for sign-in, you'll see exactly what data they're asking for. You can decline parts you don't want to share. Every site you've ever signed into appears in a connected-apps dashboard — revoke any of them with one click. No silent re-authentication, no scope creep.
- Per-site consent screen — granular, no all-or-nothing.
- Connected-apps dashboard listing every site you've signed into.
- One-click revoke, anytime — site loses access immediately.
- No silent re-authentication; scope changes require fresh consent.
